Plays a crucial role in the financial management and reporting of the organization.<\/p>\n
Responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial statements, analyzing financial data, and ensuring compliance with accounting principles and regulations.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n

Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, regularly.<\/p>\n
Assist in the development of annual budgets and financial forecasts and monitor budgetary performance throughout the fiscal year.<\/p>\n
Analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide insights to management for decision-making purposes.<\/p>\n
Prepare and file tax returns, ensure compliance with tax regulations, and assist in tax planning strategies to minimize tax liabilities.<\/p>\n
Coordinate with external auditors during annual audits, provide necessary documentation and explanations, and address audit findings as required.<\/p>\n
Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard assets, ensure the accuracy of financial data, and prevent fraud or errors.<\/p>\n
Provide financial advice and support to management on strategic initiatives, investment decisions, and business expansion plans.<\/p>\n
Key Requirements<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Bachelor’s Degree \/ HND in Accounting, Finance or a related field.<\/p>\n
3 years of proven experience as an accountant or in a similar role.<\/p>\n
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.<\/p>\n
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.<\/p>\n
