Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Manage inbound and outbound call
\nGenerate sales leads
\nIdentify and assess customers\u2019 needs to achieve satisfaction
\nBuild sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication
\nProvide accurate, valid, and complete product information by using the right methods\/tools
\nMeet customer success sales targets, calls, and mail handling standards.
\nKeep records of customers interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
\nFollow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
\nTake the extra mile to achieve organizational set goals.
\nImplement follow-up plans with leads and customers through multiple channels, including calling and emails.
\nExpedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximise satisfaction
\nCoordinate Sales efforts with team members and another department
\nSubmit weekly and monthly reports on given tasks.
\nAttend weekly meetings
\nWilling to take on any other assigned tasks given by the Team Lead.
\nImplement best sales practices and keep abreast of best sales practices.
\nAbility to work in accordance with our core values and culture.
\nQualifications<\/p>\n
Minimum of a B.Sc Degree.
\nAt least a year of experience as a salesperson
\nStrong phone, email, and contact-handling skills
\nWillingness to get tasks and reports done under little or no supervision.
\nA great team player, who is a self-driven and can take initiatives
\nAbility to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
\nExcellent communication, listening, and presentation skills.
\nOrganized, Friendly, and approachable.
\nProficient use of CRM tools, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint presentation, Google office suite, and Access
\nCandidates with decent video content creation and editing skills is a major advantage.
