Qualifications<\/p>\n
First Degree in any field.
\nMinimum of 2 years of banking experience, preferably interfacing with customers.
\nStrong relationship management background.
\nExperienced in upholding the highest levels of service.
\nExperience in completing credit applications successfully

\nAbility to listen and probe customer responses effectively to ensure proper understanding of needs.

Understanding of the personal markets etc.
\nDeep knowledge and understanding of the different personal and segment value propositions.
\nUnderstanding of the bank\u2019s products in respect of service level agreements and the bank\u2019s service provider networks.
\nUnderstanding which products are most suited to the different personal banking segments.
