\nData warehouse, reporting and Business Intelligence (BI) \u2013 Interface Only
\nSales force automation (SFA) \u2013 Interface
\nCustomer relationship management (CRM), Point of Sales application
\nBack office accounting software application
\nProcurement and inventory management application, IP TV
\nScope:<\/p>\n
To identify IT related risks and issues and discuss it with Hotel Management and Regional team. to ensure PCI compliance
\nSmooth running of all computer systems.
\nTraining of basic functions of user software.
\nRegular information to IT management about the new computer trends for the future.
\nRegular data safe \/backup and regular IT Status report to the GM.
\nThe following duties within frame of work:<\/p>\n
Hardware, Software,Information\/Data Security, Management.
\nRequirements<\/p>\n
Candidates should possess a Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Computer Science or any related discipline with 5+ years relevant work experience.
\nExperience in information technology space and solving various software and hardware problems
\nStrong technical problem solving and communication skills
\nMaster\u2019s Degree in a related discipline will be an added advantage.
