Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
\nProvide counselling on policies and procedures
\nBe actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process
\nCreate and implement effective onboarding plans
\nDevelop training and development programs
\nAssist in performance management processes
\nSupport the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
\nMaintain employee records according to policy and legal requirements
\nReview employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance.
\nRequirements<\/p>\n
Candidates should possess a B.Sc \/ BA Degree in a relevant field with at least 2 years relevant work experience.; further training will be a plus
\nHR Credentials (e.g. PHR from the HR Certification Institute) is an added advantage.
\nProven experience in\u00a0a HR position
\nKnowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.)
\nUnderstanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures
\nProficient in MS Office; knowledge of HRMS is a plus
\nOutstanding organizational and time-management abilities
\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills
\nProblem-solving and decision-making aptitude
\nStrong ethics and reliability
