{"id":21162,"date":"2026-03-31T02:34:39","date_gmt":"2026-03-31T02:34:39","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.jobsinnaija.com\/?post_type=job_listing&#038;p=21162"},"modified":"2026-03-31T22:02:50","modified_gmt":"2026-03-31T22:02:50","slug":"khenpro-global-services-ago-palace-full-time-bakery-kitchen-supervisor","status":"publish","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/www.jobsinnaija.com\/?job_listing=khenpro-global-services-ago-palace-full-time-bakery-kitchen-supervisor","title":{"rendered":"Bakery \/ Kitchen Supervisor"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Responsibilities<br \/>\nPlans, organizes and directs day-to-day operations of the Bakery Department, exercising independent judgment and discretion<br \/>\nPerform all duties in accordance with all Company policies and programmes and Food Handling procedures.<br \/>\nClearly communicate and consistently enforce department and Company safety policies and procedures.<br \/>\nObserve all safety regulations when operating equipment and utilize Personal Protective Equipment.<br \/>\nSupervise the proper use of all equipment by subordinates including Personal Protective Equipment.<br \/>\nUnderstand and adhere to all procedures in emergency situations.<br \/>\nMaintain all temperature logs and production sheets.<br \/>\nSet up and maintains a proper cleaning maintenance schedule of entire department.<br \/>\nProvide continual training, developmental action planning, and meaningful feedback on job performance to other staff.<br \/>\nMaintain an open line of communication and work cooperatively with all internal and external customers.<br \/>\nLead staff to work cooperatively while encouraging enthusiasm, loyalty, and creativity.<br \/>\nEnsure all reports and records are accurate, complete and retained in accordance with Company policy.<br \/>\nEnsure the quality of all products received and secure properly in appropriate storage areas.<br \/>\nEnsure the accuracy of item pricing, item locator and shelf allocation.<br \/>\nJob Requirements<br \/>\nMust possess a First Degree, preferably in Food Science and Technology.<br \/>\nRequires 1-3 years of experience in a similar role.<br \/>\nRequires working knowledge of all job duties and performs those job duties as required.<br \/>\nPossess working knowledge as a baker\/pastry chef<br \/>\nRequires strong communication skills, good leadership and interpersonal skills, the proven ability to manage people, and the ability to maintain a professional demeanor in dealing with customers and co-workers.<br \/>\nMust have knowledge of product variety, bakery standards, perishability, food safety, safety and sanitation procedures and department policies and<br \/>\nprocedures.<br \/>\nMental alertness is necessary to ensure the safe and accurate completion of work activities.<br \/>\nRequires strong communication skills, good leadership and interpersonal skills, the proven ability to manage people and maximize productivity.
