Maintain proper inventory records (manual and system).
\nMonitor stock levels and notify procurement\/site team for low stock.
\nConduct periodic stock count and reconciliation.
\nEnsure proper labeling and identification of materials.
\nMaterial Issuance & Tracking<\/p>\n
Issue materials based on approved Material Requisition (MR).
\nRecord all material movements accurately.
\nTrack critical and long-lead E&I items (cables, instruments, panels, JB, etc.).
\nMaintain traceability for project materials.
\nStorage & Preservation:<\/p>\n
Ensure proper storage conditions for E&I materials (especially instruments and sensitive equipment).
\nImplement preservation measures for panels, transmitters, cables, and electrical components.
\nMaintain organized and clean storage areas.
\nDocumentation & Reporting:<\/p>\n
Maintain up-to-date material records and filing system.
\nPrepare material status reports (MSR) weekly\/monthly.
\nCoordinate with procurement and project team on delivery schedules.
\nSupport audit and internal checks.
\nCoordination:<\/p>\n
Liaise with Procurement, Site Engineer, Supervisor, and QA\/QC.
\nCoordinate delivery schedule with suppliers.
\nSupport project team to avoid material shortages or delays.
\nQHSE:<\/p>\n
Ensures HSE policy fulfillment during his activities
\nMaintains a strong safety culture in line with Company HSE Requirements and Rules
\nEnsures compliance with Operating Procedures & Guidelines with the asset to ensure Process Safety, Operational Safety and Plan Integrity
\nManagement System, including permit-to-work (PTW) procedures, SIMOPS, tool box talks, and job hazard analyses (JHA).
\nHe\/she shall immediately address and report any unsafe acts or conditions in the work area.
\nProfile
\nQualifications & Experience:<\/p>\n
Diploma \/ Certificate in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation, or related fields
\n5 – 10 years of experience in E&I construction projects.
\nKnowledge of E&I materials (cables, cable tray, panels, instruments, fittings, etc.).
\nFamiliar with material control procedures and documentation.
\nGood organizational and record-keeping skills.
\nBasic computer skills (Excel, inventory system).
