Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Design Development:<\/p>\n

Create innovative interior architecture concepts that align with client needs and brand identity.<\/p>\n
Develop mood boards, sketches, layouts, and 3D renderings to communicate design ideas.<\/p>\n
Prepare detailed design drawings, specifications, and documentation using CAD software.<\/p>\n
Project Management:<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors during all project phases.<\/p>\n
Participate in site visits to ensure design implementation aligns with approved plans.<\/p>\n
Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality to ensure successful project delivery.<\/p>\n
Client Interaction:<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Conduct client briefings and present design proposals.<\/p>\n
Provide expert advice on interior design elements including materials, lighting, furniture, and finishes.<\/p>\n
Revise designs based on feedback and approvals.<\/p>\n
Regulatory Compliance:<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Ensure all designs meet applicable building codes, safety standards, and local regulations.<\/p>\n
Prepare and submit necessary permits and documentation for approval.<\/p>\n
Qualifications & Requirements<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Bachelor\u2019s degree in Interior Architecture, Architecture, or related field.<\/p>\n
Minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience in interior architecture or interior design.<\/p>\n
Proficient in design and drafting software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.).<\/p>\n
Strong portfolio showcasing commercial, residential, or hospitality projects.<\/p>\n
Excellent knowledge of materials, finishes, lighting, and space planning.<\/p>\n
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.<\/p>\n
