Lead the development and execution of long-term business growth strategies<\/p>\n
Identify, evaluate, and secure high-value business opportunities and partnerships<\/p>\n
Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key clients and stakeholders<\/p>\n
Oversee the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure for large accounts<\/p>\n
Mentor and guide team members<\/p>\n
Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to inform strategy<\/p>\n
Collaborate with senior leadership to align business development goals with company objectives<\/p>\n
Negotiate complex contracts and agreements to maximize value and minimize risk<\/p>\n

Requirements<\/p>\n

7+ years of experience in business development or sales within the Financial Services or Healthcare sector<\/p>\n
Proven success in closing high-value deals and managing key accounts<\/p>\n
Strong leadership and team management skills<\/p>\n
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication abilities<\/p>\n
Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills<\/p>\n
Experience working with CRM tools and sales performance metrics.<\/p>\n
