We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Purchaser with offshore experience to manage procurement activities and ensure timely availability of materials, supplies, and services.<\/p>\n
The ideal candidate will maintain cost efficiency, quality standards, and compliance with offshore operational requirements.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Source and procure materials, equipment, and services required for offshore operations<\/p>\n
Evaluate vendors and negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts<\/p>\n
Ensure timely delivery of goods to meet operational needs<\/p>\n
Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation<\/p>\n
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment<\/p>\n
Ensure compliance with company policies and offshore regulations<\/p>\n
Liaise with suppliers, logistics teams, and internal departments<\/p>\n
Track orders and resolve any supply chain issues<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n

Candidates should possess an HND\/BSc in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field with 2-4 years experience<\/p>\n
Proven experience as a Purchaser or Procurement Officer in an offshore environment (mandatory)<\/p>\n
Strong knowledge of procurement processes and supply chain management<\/p>\n
Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills<\/p>\n
Good understanding of offshore logistics and operations<\/p>\n
Strong organizational and analytical skills<\/p>\n
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and procurement systems<\/p>\n
