Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Cost Management & Financial Control:<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Prepare and maintain detailed cost records for production, inventory, and operational activities<\/p>\n
Analyze cost variances and identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvement<\/p>\n
Monitor production costs, material usage, and operational expenses across farm and head office operations<\/p>\n
Develop cost control measures to improve profitability and reduce wastage.<\/p>\n
Inventory & Stock Management:<\/p>\n

Monitor inventory movement, stock valuation, and reconciliation processes<\/p>\n
Conduct periodic stock counts and inventory audits<\/p>\n
Ensure accurate recording of raw materials, finished goods, and consumables<\/p>\n
Investigate inventory discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.<\/p>\n
Reporting & Analysis:<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Prepare periodic cost reports, inventory reports, and financial summaries<\/p>\n
Provide management with insights on cost trends, production efficiency, and operational performance<\/p>\n
Support budgeting and forecasting processes<\/p>\n
Maintain proper documentation and financial records in line with company policies.<\/p>\n
Operational Support:<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Work closely with production, warehouse, and operations teams to ensure accurate cost tracking<\/p>\n
Support procurement and supply chain teams in cost planning and vendor evaluation<\/p>\n
Participate in operational reviews and provide financial guidance to improve performance<\/p>\n
Ensure compliance with internal financial controls and accounting standards.<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Interested candidates should possess an HND qualification with 3 – 5 years experience.<\/p>\n
Work Environment Expectations:<\/p>\n

Ability to work across dual operational locations (Farm Settlement – Abeokuta and Head Office – Lagos)<\/p>\n
Willingness to participate in periodic inventory counts and operational reviews<\/p>\n
Ability to work collaboratively with operations and production teams<\/p>\n
