We are seeking a highly sales driven and target oriented Regional Manager to lead, coordinate, and optimize sales operations across the region.<\/p>\n
The ideal candidate will meet assigned sales targets, oversee Sales Managers, drive sales growth, and ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Drive regional sales growth by ensuring targets are consistently met and exceeded.<\/p>\n
Provide strategic leadership and supervision to Sales Managers within the region, ensuring sales growth.<\/p>\n
Oversee multiple retail locations, ensuring strong business relationships with stakeholders to achieve sales targets.<\/p>\n
Supervise execution of sales strategies and initiatives across all teams.<\/p>\n
Lead market expansion efforts, including onboarding new outlets and market penetration.<\/p>\n
Monitor sales performance, productivity, and market coverage; implement corrective actions where necessary.<\/p>\n
Conduct regular field visits to assess team performance and customer engagement.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with the Head of Sales and senior management to align regional activities with overall business strategy.<\/p>\n
Analyze sales data and repayment trends to identify risks, opportunities, and improvement areas.<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
HND \/ BSc in related fields.<\/p>\n
2\u20134 years\u2019 experience in sales, business development, or sales operations<\/p>\n
Minimum of 2 years\u2019 experience as a Sales Manager or in similar capacity.<\/p>\n
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a performance-driven environment.<\/p>\n
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.<\/p>\n
Multiple Store Management experience is an added advantage.<\/p>\n
