Key Responsibilities
\nAdministrative & Accounting Duties:<\/p>\n
Manage daily administrative operations of the school.
\nMaintain accurate records of students, staff, and school activities.
\nHandle correspondence, documentation, and filing systems.
\nSupport school management in planning and executing academic and non-academic activities.
\nMonitor attendance records for staff and students.
\nAssist in organizing meetings, events, and examinations.
\nEnsure compliance with school policies and regulatory requirements.
\nMaintain accurate financial records, including income and expenditure.
\nRecord school fees, payments, and other revenue streams.
\nIssue receipts and track outstanding fees.
\nPrepare basic financial reports (daily, weekly, or monthly).
\nTeach assigned subjects.
\nQualifications<\/p>\n
Interested candidates should possess an OND, NCE, or HND with 1-2 years experience.
