Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Contact customers with overdue loans via calls, messages, or approved communication channels.
\nFollow up consistently on delinquent accounts to ensure payments are made.
\nEducate customers on the importance of repayment and consequences of non-payment.
\nNegotiate repayment within company policies (no unauthorized restructuring).
\nTrack and monitor customer payment behavior and update records accurately.
\nEscalate high-risk or unresponsive customers according to company procedures.
\nMaintain professionalism and use a \u201csoft touch\u201d approach during all interactions.
\nMeet assigned recovery targets and performance metrics.
\nDocument all interactions and actions taken on customer accounts.
