Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Oversee the day-to-day maintenance and operations of the facilities, including public areas, and back-of-house
\nEnsure all mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems are functioning optimally
\nDevelop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and service disruptions
\nSupervise and manage facility staff, including technicians and external contractors
\nConduct routine inspections of the premises to ensure safety, cleanliness, and operational efficiency
\nCoordinate timely repairs and maintenance to avoid disruption to guests and operations
\nManage relationships with vendors and service providers, ensuring quality service and cost-effectiveness
\nMonitor and control facility-related budgets and expenses
\nEnsure compliance with health, safety, fire, and environmental regulations
\nOversee utilities management (power, water, waste) to ensure efficiency and cost control
\nSupport renovation projects, upgrades, and space optimization initiatives
\nMaintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and compliance reports.
\nQualifications & Requirements<\/p>\n
Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Engineering, Facility Management, or a related field
\n4 – 7 years of experience in facility management, preferably within a hospitality environment
\nStrong knowledge of hotel facility systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety systems, etc.)
\nProven experience managing maintenance teams and external vendors
\nGood understanding of hospitality standards and guest service expectations
\nKnowledge of health, safety, and regulatory requirements
