Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Inventory Management & Stock Control<\/p>\n
Maintain real-time and accurate inventory records for all materials.
\nMonitor minimum stock levels and initiate timely replenishment.
\nTrack material movement and ensure proper documentation.
\nConduct routine stock counts and reconcile variances.
\nReceiving & Storage<\/p>\n
Receive and verify all delivered items against purchase orders.
\nInspect materials for quality and damages.
\nLabel, arrange, and store items properly for safety and accessibility.
\nIssuance & Consumption Tracking<\/p>\n
Issue materials to production or departmental teams based on approved requisitions.
\nTrack material consumption per job\/project and update usage records.
\nCommunicate shortage alerts or unusual consumption trends.
\nReporting & Documentation<\/p>\n
Prepare accurate weekly and monthly stock status reports.
\nMaintain digital and physical inventory logs.
\nProvide insights on consumption trends and reorder needs.
\nStock Audit & Compliance<\/p>\n
Conduct weekly, monthly, and quarterly stock counts.
\nSupport internal audits and enforce inventory SOPs.
\nReport and document damages, losses, or discrepancies.
\nVendor & Procurement Support<\/p>\n
Liaise with the procurement team and suppliers on stock orders.
\nTrack delivery timelines and follow up on pending items.
\nMaintain updated vendor and pricing records.
\nRequirements<\/p>\n
SSCE \/ NCE holders
\nMinimum of 2 years inventory experience, preferably in retail, manufacturing, or healthcare.
\nProficiency with Microsoft Office and inventory management software.
\nStrong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
\nHigh attention to detail and integrity.
