Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Execute end-to-end service provisioning for new customer installations (Fiber or Wireless).
\nPerform on-site installation, configuration, and testing of customer-premises equipment (routers, switches, IP phones, ONTs).
\nConduct troubleshooting to ensure optimal service activation and performance.
\nCollaborate with Network Operations Center (NOC) and other internal teams for seamless service delivery.
\nUpdate installation and service records in internal systems (CRM\/ERP\/OSS tools).
\nEnsure installations meet company standards for safety, performance, and aesthetics.
\nProvide feedback and escalate field challenges when necessary.
\nSupport enterprise network deployments (remote and on-site).
\nMaintain company tools, equipment, and assets.
\nMentor and supervise interns.
\nBuild strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.

\nRequirements
\nEducational Qualification:<\/p>\n
B.Sc in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related discipline (Minimum of Second Class Upper \/ Upper Credit).
\nExperience:<\/p>\n
1\u20132 years experience in telecoms, ISP, or ICT environment.
\nHands-on experience with network devices (routers, switches).
\nExperience in LAN\/WAN design and configuration is an advantage.
\nTechnical Skills:<\/p>\n
Basic understanding of IP networking (LAN\/WAN, TCP\/IP, DHCP, DNS).
\nKnowledge of fiber optic and wireless technologies.
\nAbility to configure routers and switches.
\nFamiliarity with troubleshooting tools (ping, traceroute, OTDR, cable testers).
\nUnderstanding of structured cabling and network safety practices.
