Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
Manage recruitment, onboarding, and staff documentation
\nSupport performance management and staff engagement initiatives
\nEnsure compliance with HR policies and labor regulations
\nMaintain employee records and HR reporting systems
\nHandle staff welfare, discipline processes, and conflict resolution
\nCoordinate trainings and support professional development
\nAssist management with strategic HR planning
\nRequirements:<\/p>\n
Proven experience in Human Resources (healthcare experience is an added advantage)
\nStrong understanding of HR policies and best practices
\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills
\nHigh level of professionalism and confidentiality
\nStrong organizational and administrative skills
\nProximity to Lekki axis (preferred)
