Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Supervise construction sites and coordinate structural activities.
\nProvide technical problem-solving support for construction and maintenance projects.
\nDesign, analyse, and review structural components for building and construction projects.
\nEnsure all engineering designs comply with relevant building codes, safety standards, and regulations.
\nConduct routine site inspections to monitor progress and ensure structural integrity.
\nReview and approve construction materials and workmanship on-site.
\nOversee facility and infrastructure maintenance management across the school.
\nManage project timelines, budgets, and scope to ensure successful delivery.
\nAssess existing structures and recommend repairs, upgrades, or modifications where necessary.
\nRequirements<\/p>\n
Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
\nMinimum of 3 years relevant work experience in construction, structural engineering, or facility maintenance.
\nStrong knowledge of structural design, site supervision, and maintenance practices.
\nGood understanding of building regulations and safety standards.
\nExcellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
