Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Receive and process payments (cash, POS, transfers) from guests and departments.
\nIssue receipts and maintain accurate transaction records.
\nBalance cash drawers and reconcile daily collections.
\nPrepare and submit daily financial reports to the Accounts Department.
\nHandle billing inquiries and resolve payment discrepancies.
\nMaintain proper documentation of all financial transactions.
\nEnsure compliance with hotel financial policies and procedures.
\nSupport front office operations when required.
\nSafeguard cash and ensure proper cash handling at all times.
\nAssist in maintaining a clean and organized cashier station.
\nRequirements & Qualifications<\/p>\n
Minimum of OND\/HND\/Bachelor\u2019s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
\nAt least 1\u20133 years\u2019 experience in a cashier or similar role (hospitality experience is an added advantage).
\nBasic knowledge of accounting principles and cash handling procedures.
\nProficiency in Microsoft Office and POS systems.
\nStrong numerical skills and attention to detail.
\nGood communication and interpersonal skills.
\nHigh level of integrity and honesty.
