Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Provide overall leadership and direction for all hotel departments including Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Maintenance, and Finance.
\nDevelop and implement business strategies to achieve revenue targets and profitability goals.
\nEnsure exceptional guest service standards are consistently maintained.
\nMonitor financial performance, budgets, and cost control measures.
\nRecruit, train, supervise, and evaluate management and staff.
\nMaintain compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
\nBuild strong relationships with guests, corporate clients, and stakeholders.
\nOversee marketing and sales initiatives to drive occupancy and brand visibility.
\nHandle high-level guest concerns and ensure prompt resolution.
\nPrepare and present periodic operational and financial reports to management.
\nRequirements & Qualifications<\/p>\n
Bachelor\u2019s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master\u2019s degree is an added advantage).
\nMinimum of 7\u201310 years\u2019 experience in hotel management, with at least 3\u20135 years in a senior leadership role.
\nStrong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
\nProven track record in revenue generation and operational efficiency.
\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.
\nHigh level of professionalism and integrity.
\nProficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office tools.
