Required Qualifications<\/p>\n

Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Estate Management, Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.<\/p>\n
Must have 5\u20138 years experience in real estate brokerage, preferably commercial real estate.<\/p>\n
Proven experience handling office sales, commercial leasing, or commercial investment transactions.<\/p>\n
Strong knowledge of Lagos commercial districts (VI, Ikoyi, Oniru, Lekki).<\/p>\n
Demonstrated track record of closing commercial deals.<\/p>\n
Preferred Experience:<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Experience working with corporate tenants, developers, or institutional investors.<\/p>\n
Knowledge of commercial property valuation and investment analysis.<\/p>\n
Experience handling asset-level transactions or building disposals.<\/p>\n
