Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n

Develop, implement, and oversee security policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).<\/p>\n
Supervise and coordinate all security personnel and activities across the organization.<\/p>\n
Conduct regular risk assessments and implement preventive measures.<\/p>\n
Liaise with law enforcement, military, and regulatory authorities when necessary.<\/p>\n
Manage incident reports and coordinate emergency response when required.<\/p>\n
Ensure staff and asset safety through effective monitoring and control measures.<\/p>\n
Train and evaluate security staff to maintain discipline and compliance.<\/p>\n
Enforce company rules, access control, and visitor management systems.<\/p>\n
Maintain confidentiality and act with integrity in all security operations.<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Minimum of a B.Sc.\/HND qualification in Criminology, Security Studies, or related field.<\/p>\n
Proven experience as a Chief Security Officer, Security Coordinator, or similar senior role.<\/p>\n
Deep understanding of security operations, intelligence gathering, and threat prevention.<\/p>\n
Sound knowledge of Nigeria\u2019s security structure and hierarchy of officers.<\/p>\n
Ability to work under pressure and make quick, sound decisions.<\/p>\n
Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.<\/p>\n
Background in law enforcement, military, or private security management is an advantage.<\/p>\n
