Coordinate, support and monitor the retail sales team across the six geo-political zones in Nigeria
\nActively explore business opportunities to increase sales volume.
\nCoordinate promotional sales such as Road shows, exhibitions etc.
\nIn charge of retail sales activities across the six geo-political zones in Nigeria.
\nExecute and drive the retail strategy
\nIdentify potential markets, sales channels, competition and propose effective sales strategy plan for account expansion & development to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets & KPIs.
\nEstablish network and build good rapport with new clients.
\nConceptualize strategic business plan that expands company\u2019s customer base.
\nPresent relevant sales & operations reports and forecasts to the management team.
\nRequirements:<\/p>\n
First Degree in Sales Management, Business Management or a related field
\n6 \u2013 10 years\u2019 relevant work experience managing a team within the retail and FMCG industry.
\nDeep knowledge of Retail and FMCG Industry.
\nExcellent track records in consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets & KPIs.
\nPleasant personality with excellent interpersonal relationship and communication.
\nStrong business acumen sense and industry expertise.
\nMust be self -motivated
\nProven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
\nExcellent leadership, coaching and people management skills.
\nA good team player with the ability to adapt in a fast paced environment.
\nAble to work independently and take initiative.
