Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n

Manage and coordinate daily operations to ensure efficiency in land management, planting, cultivation, harvesting, and post-harvest handling.<\/p>\n
Implement best agricultural practices, including planting, pruning, fertilizing, and pest management.<\/p>\n
Manage farm operations from planting to harvesting, ensuring optimal yields and quality.<\/p>\n
Oversee the management of the oil palm plantation, including land preparation, planting, and maintenance to optimize land use and maximize yields.<\/p>\n
Develop and implement Integrated Pest Management (IPM) strategies to control pests and diseases.<\/p>\n
Report on daily programs, weekly output, and monthly performance in line with company requirements.<\/p>\n
Manage the farm division\u2019s budget, ensuring financial targets are met and resources are allocated effectively.<\/p>\n
Monitor and control costs, identifying areas for cost reduction and implementing cost-saving initiatives.<\/p>\n
Manage the irrigation system to ensure adequate water supply while implementing water conservation measures to minimize waste.<\/p>\n
Ensure compliance with quality control measures and food safety standards.<\/p>\n
Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies, procedures, and regulations.<\/p>\n
Implement measures to prevent accidents, injuries, and environmental damage, fostering a culture of safety, health, and environmental responsibility.<\/p>\n
Ensure compliance with sustainability standards by implementing sustainable agricultural practices, including conservation, biodiversity, and soil management.<\/p>\n
Lead and manage a team of farm managers, supervisors, and labourers by providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities.<\/p>\n
