Duties and\u00a0Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Handling payroll operation and preparing payroll reports.
\nProper monitoring and control of vendors files, invoices and receipts.
\nDaily inventories and book keeping.
\nPreparation of financial statements, records and payment vouchers.
\nConfidentiality and conduct a data base backup when necessary.
\nProper control of the store and all stock.
\nQualification and Skill Sets<\/p>\n
A minimum of either HND or B.Sc in Accounting or other related certificate.
\nMust have at least 5 and above years of working experience.
\nUp-to-date with Industry policies and regulations.
\nMS excel skills and other related accounting software\u2019s.
\nGood knowledge in the use Dynamic NAV (Navision app) would be an added advantage.
\nExperience with general ledger functions.
\nStrong attention to details and good analytical skills.
\nStrong Numeracy and analytical Skills.
\nSocial and Interpersonal Skills.
\nOrganizational Skills.
\nVerbal and Written Communication.
\nAble to handle multiple tasks.
