Welcomes patients and visitors by greeting patients and visitors, in person.
\nOptimizes patients\u2019 satisfaction, consultant time, and treatment room utilization by scheduling appointments in person and facilitating reminder of scheduled appointments.
\nKeeps patient appointments on schedule by notifying doctors of patient\u2019s arrival; reviewing service delivery compared to schedule; reminding Doctor of Service delays.
\nComforts patients by anticipating patients\u2019 anxieties; answering patients\u2019 questions.
\nMaintaining the reception area.
\nEnsures availability of treatment information by filing and retrieving patient records.
\nMaintains patient accounts by obtaining, recording, and updating personal and financial information including HMOs enrolees to ascertain coverage of plans and agreed tariffs.
\nObtains revenue by recording and updating financial information; recording and collecting patient charges; controlling credit extended to patients. Ascertains approval codes and coverage of HMOs enrolees plans.
\nHelps patients in distress by responding to emergencies.
\nProtects patients\u2019 rights by maintaining confidentiality of personal and financial information.
\nMaintains operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes.
\nContributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
\nYou shall report to the HEAD of your unit and your work hour shall be obtainable in the health care services which is based on roaster.
\nThis will be made according to the work load in the unit.
\nSalary Range:
\nN30,000 \u2013 N50,000 \/ month.<\/p>\n
