We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Assistant to support daily customer interactions and ensure a seamless service experience across our operations.<\/p>\n
In this role, you will manage inbound and outbound communications, resolve customer inquiries efficiently, and strive for first-contact resolution. You will build strong customer relationships, provide accurate information about our services, and maintain detailed records of all interactions.<\/p>\n
You will also follow up on inquiries, collaborate with team members to meet service goals, and share customer feedback to support continuous improvement. Manage inbound and outbound calls professionally, addressing customer queries, concerns, and providing accurate information.<\/p>\n
Strive for first-call resolution to ensure customer satisfaction.<\/p>\n
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers through effective communication.<\/p>\n
Identify and assess customer needs to provide appropriate solutions.<\/p>\n
Record and document customer interactions, issues, and resolutions accurately.<\/p>\n

Adhere to established call center protocols, procedures, and standards.<\/p>\n
Follow up on customer inquiries promptly and ensure timely resolution.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals.<\/p>\n
Gather and document customer feedback to contribute to continuous improvement.<\/p>\n
Share insights on customer preferences and common issues with the team.<\/p>\n
Accurately enter and update customer information in the database.<\/p>\n
