The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding the company\u2019s client base, and identifying new business opportunities within the construction and design industry. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong industry knowledge, capable of building partnerships and converting leads into profitable projects.<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Identify and develop new business opportunities across commercial and institutional projects<\/p>\n
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, developers, and key industry stakeholders<\/p>\n
Generate leads and convert them into signed projects aligned with company targets<\/p>\n
Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve revenue goals<\/p>\n
Prepare and present compelling proposals, bids, and presentations to prospective clients<\/p>\n
Collaborate with the design, operations, and project teams to ensure alignment on project scope and client expectations<\/p>\n
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential growth areas<\/p>\n
Negotiate contracts and close deals in line with company policies<\/p>\n
Represent the company at industry events, networking forums, and client meetings<\/p>\n
Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions<\/p>\n
Provide regular reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Bachelor\u2019s degree in Business Administration, Architecture, Civil Engineering, Building Technology, or a related field<\/p>\n
Minimum of 7-10 years experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition within the construction, real estate, or design industry<\/p>\n
Proven track record of generating leads and closing high-value deals<\/p>\n
Strong understanding of the construction and design lifecycle<\/p>\n
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills<\/p>\n
Ability to build and sustain professional relationships at all levels<\/p>\n
Strong commercial awareness and strategic thinking skills<\/p>\n
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools<\/p>\n
