Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n

Act as the primary point of contact for all client interactions from project initiation to completion<\/p>\n
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals<\/p>\n
Translate client requirements into clear project briefs for internal teams (design, site, and operations)<\/p>\n
Monitor project progress and proactively communicate updates, risks, and solutions to clients<\/p>\n
Collaborate with project managers, architects, and site teams to ensure alignment with client expectations<\/p>\n
Manage client feedback, complaints, and escalations professionally and efficiently<\/p>\n
Ensure timely delivery of projects in line with agreed scope, quality, and timelines<\/p>\n
Support the business development team in client acquisition, proposals, and presentations<\/p>\n
Track client satisfaction metrics and implement strategies for continuous improvement<\/p>\n
Prepare reports on client interactions, project status, and service performance<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Bachelor\u2019s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Building Technology, or a related field<\/p>\n
Minimum of 3\u20135 years experience in client service, project coordination, or relationship management within the construction\/design industry<\/p>\n
Strong understanding of construction processes, architectural design, and project delivery<\/p>\n
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills<\/p>\n
Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously<\/p>\n
Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach<\/p>\n
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools<\/p>\n
Professional certifications or memberships (e.g., NIA, NSE, CORBON) are an added advantage<\/p>\n
