Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n

Assist with the full-cycle implementation of Freshsales, Freshdesk, and Freshservice<\/p>\n
Configure pipelines, ticketing systems, service workflows, and automation<\/p>\n
Customize fields, modules, and system structure to fit business needs<\/p>\n
Design and implement automation across sales and support processes<\/p>\n
Build workflows for: Assist management, Deal progression,Ticket routing and escalation<\/p>\n
Integrate communication channels (WhatsApp, email, SMS, where applicable)<\/p>\n
Ensure smooth day-to-day operation of all systems<\/p>\n
Monitor data accuracy, system usage, and performance<\/p>\n
Continuously optimize processes for efficiency and scalability<\/p>\n
Support integrations with third-party tools (e.g., telephony, WhatsApp API, forms)<\/p>\n
Work with APIs\/webhooks where necessary<\/p>\n
Coordinate with developers for advanced customizations<\/p>\n
Test all configurations before deployment<\/p>\n
Identify and resolve bugs or workflow gaps<\/p>\n
Ensure all systems meet expected functional requirements<\/p>\n
Document system configurations and processes<\/p>\n
Train internal teams on how to use the systems effectively<\/p>\n
Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting.<\/p>\n
Required Skills & Qualifications<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Interested candidates should possess an HND \/ Bachelor`s Degree<\/p>\n
Proven experience implementing CRM or helpdesk systems<\/p>\n
Strong working knowledge of:<\/p>\n
CRM pipelines and automation<\/p>\n
Ticketing systems and SLAs. Pipeline. HubSpot. Salesforce. Zendesk. Zoho. Freshworks, Freshsales, Freshservice.<\/p>\n
Familiarity with the Freshworks ecosystem (preferred)<\/p>\n
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills<\/p>\n
Excellent communication and documentation ability.<\/p>\n
Technical Skills (Preferred)<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Experience with:<\/p>\n
APIs and webhooks<\/p>\n
Workflow automation tools<\/p>\n
Data structuring and reporting<\/p>\n
Basic understanding of:<\/p>\n
