Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
Developing and sustaining solid relationships with company stakeholders and customers.
\nAnalyzing customer feedback data to determine whether customers are satisfied with company products and services.
\nRecruiting, training, and guiding business development staff.
\nProviding insight into product development and competitive positioning.
\nAnalyzing financial data and developing effective strategies to reduce business costs and increase company profits.
\nConducting market research to identify new business opportunities.
\nCollaborating with company executives to determine the most viable, cost-effective approach to pursue new business opportunities.
\nMeeting with potential investors to present company offerings and negotiate business deals.
\nPreparing Proposals, Bid and Tenders.
\nRequirements:<\/p>\n
Bachelor\u2019s Degree in in Business Management or Administration, Finance, Accounting, Marketing, or related field
\nAt least 2 years relevant work experience.
\nProven experience working as a business development officer or similar role.
\nProficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
\nThe ability to travel as needed.
\nThe ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
\nExcellent analytical, problem-solving and management skills.
\nExceptional negotiation and decision-making skills.
\nEffective communication skills.
\nStrong business acumen.
