Present, promote and sell Real Estate Products using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
\nPerform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing\/potential customers to meet their needs
\nEstablish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
\nReach out to customer leads through cold calling
\nExpedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
\nAchieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
\nCoordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
\nAnalyze the territory\/market\u2019s potential, track sales and status reports
\nSupply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
\nKeep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
\nContinuously improve through feedback
\nRequirements & Skills:<\/p>\n
Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Business or a related field
\nProven work experience as a Sales Representative
\nExcellent knowledge of MS Office
\nHighly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
\nExcellent selling, negotiation and communication skills
\nPrioritizing, time management and organizational skills
\nAbility to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
\nRelationship management skills and openness to feedback
