{"id":22133,"date":"2026-04-22T13:49:28","date_gmt":"2026-04-22T13:49:28","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.jobsinnaija.com\/?post_type=job_listing&#038;p=22133"},"modified":"2026-04-22T20:04:30","modified_gmt":"2026-04-22T20:04:30","slug":"reliable-plastic-anambra-full-time-executive-assistant","status":"publish","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/www.jobsinnaija.com\/?job_listing=reliable-plastic-anambra-full-time-executive-assistant","title":{"rendered":"Executive Assistant"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Responsibilities:<br \/>\nAdministrative:<br \/>\nActs as the point of contact and liaising with internal or external stakeholders at a high-level on behalf of the Managing Director<br \/>\nProvide a bridge for smooth communication between the Managing Director and internal departments<br \/>\nProvide support in preparing and managing client contracts\/agreements<br \/>\nDraft reports, prepare presentations, letters and personal correspondence, and perform other tasks that facilitate the Managing Director\u2019s &amp; Executive Director\u2019s effectiveness.<br \/>\nDay-to-day management of the Managing Director\u2019s itinerary &amp; calendar; scheduling, organizing, setting up and managing meetings as well as other protocols.<br \/>\nUpdate the Managing Director &amp; Executive Director\u2019s on key organizational issues.<br \/>\nPrioritize conflicting needs; handle matters expeditiously, proactively, and following through on all the company\u2019s projects to ensure successful completion with deadline.<br \/>\nManaging Information flow to the Managing Director in a timely and accurate manner<br \/>\nMake travel and accommodation arrangements<br \/>\nProviding administrative assistance, such as writing, editing and reviewing emails, drafting memos and preparing communications on the Managing Director and Executive Director\u2019s behalf.<br \/>\nTake minutes during meetings<br \/>\nScreen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence<br \/>\nOrganize and maintain the MD\u2019s Office filling system<br \/>\nUsing various software, including word processing, spreadsheets and presentation software to prepare reports and special projects.<br \/>\nReview goals of team daily and identify root cause if goal was not obtained<br \/>\nManagement and Supervisory:<br \/>\nChecks on team throughout the day to be sure that any issues with equipment, personnel, work tools, safety, etc. are addressed promptly.<br \/>\nCoaches and develops staff, while fostering a team atmosphere. Provides pep talks as needed and coaching for any performance issues.<br \/>\nAssists employees with questions or problems they have regarding work assignments, priorities, safety, personnel issues, etc.<br \/>\nCounsels employees when necessary and recommends to HR such personnel actions as disciplinary action, transfer, promotion, termination of employment, etc. Documents any issues, counseling efforts, etc.<br \/>\nOversees training and orientation of new employees and offers additional training as needed. Offers re-training when necessary. Sets up and maintains cross training, as applicable.<br \/>\nServes as a role model to all employees. Conducts oneself professionally and abides by Company safety &amp; personnel policies, SOPs, etc.<br \/>\nAnalyze budgets and continuously control front office cost and identify\/rectify waste measures.<br \/>\nCheck front office output according to expectation and submit report on performance and progress<br \/>\nConduct safety and orientation training with new employees<br \/>\nControl and organize timesheets for front office personnel<br \/>\nIdentify issues of inefficiency, suggest and take action on improvement<br \/>\nReview goals of front office team daily and identify root cause if goal was not obtained<br \/>\nSet Performance expectation and target as well as review all front office employees\u2019 performance<br \/>\nConduct monthly performance appraisals for all front office employees and communicate information to HR and Executive Management<br \/>\nThe Person:<br \/>\nA Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Public Administration, or related field.<br \/>\n5-10 years\u2019 experience in administration and Executive Assistance.<br \/>\nExperience in management and administration.<br \/>\nStrong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills.<br \/>\nExcellent communication (oral and written), interpersonal, and customer service skills.<br \/>\nKnowledge of data analysis and report writing.<br \/>\nThe ability to understand and follow company policies and procedures.<br \/>\nThe ability to work under pressure.<br \/>\nExcellent supervision, business presentation, skills, Organization and leadership abilities, Self-motivated with a result driven approach, Problem- solving skill<br \/>\nWorking Conditions:<br \/>\nThe Executive Assistant to Managing Director is required to sit for extended periods of time and operate a computer which requires dexterity of hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, and other devices and objects.<br \/>\nThe person must also be physically able to participate in factory rounds, travel long trips by road or air, meetings, presentations and training sessions that require constant talking and listening.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":695,"featured_media":0,"template":"","meta":{"_monsterinsights_skip_tracking":false,"_monsterinsights_sitenote_active":false,"_monsterinsights_sitenote_note":"","_monsterinsights_sitenote_category":0,"_uf_show_specific_survey":0,"_uf_disable_surveys":false,"_promoted":"","_job_location":"Anambra","_application":"jobs.evergreenrecruitment@gmail.com","_company_name":"Reliable Plastic","_company_website":"","_company_tagline":"","_company_twitter":"","_company_video":"","_filled":0,"_featured":0,"_remote_position":0,"_job_salary_currency":"","_job_salary_unit":""},"job-types":[3],"class_list":{"0":"post-22133","1":"job_listing","2":"type-job_listing","3":"status-publish","4":"hentry","5":"job_listing_type-full-time","7":"job-type-full-time"},"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.jobsinnaija.com\/index.php?rest_route=\/wp\/v2\/job-listings\/22133","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.jobsinnaija.com\/index.php?rest_route=\/wp\/v2\/job-listings"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.jobsinnaija.com\/index.php?rest_route=\/wp\/v2\/types\/job_listing"}],"author":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.jobsinnaija.com\/index.php?rest_route=\/wp\/v2\/users\/695"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.jobsinnaija.com\/index.php?rest_route=%2Fwp%2Fv2%2Fmedia&parent=22133"}],"wp:term":[{"taxonomy":"job_listing_type","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.jobsinnaija.com\/index.php?rest_route=%2Fwp%2Fv2%2Fjob-types&post=22133"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
