Setting goals and developing plans for business and revenue growth.
\nUnderstand and implement the company\u2019s strategy and business plan.
\nResearch plan and implement new market penetration initiatives.
\nResearch prospective communities or organization in target markets.
\nPursue leads and moving them through the sales cycle.
\nCreate bespoke acquisition strategy to acquire agents and strengthen retention.
\nConducted research and used findings to develop initiatives to grow agent networks.
\nWork with the operations team to make materials collection cost effective for the company
\nProactively lead market penetration within assigned locations.
\nKey Requirements:<\/p>\n
1 to 2 years working experience in Sales or related positions.
\nCommunication & Interpersonal Skills.
\nNegotiation skills.
\nResearch & Strategy.
\nBusiness Intelligence.
\nNetworking skill
\nMicrosoft office and G-suites.
\nData analysis.
\nOrganisational skills.
\nExperience in waste management, plastics recycling, micro finance, advocacy, insurance and health insurance is an added advantage.
\nSalary:
