Job Summary<\/p>\n
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer with at least 4 years of experience to plan, design, and oversee interior spaces.
\nThe ideal candidate will have a strong eye for aesthetics, excellent space planning skills, and the ability to deliver functional and visually appealing designs that meet client and project requirements.
\nKey Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Develop creative design concepts and layouts based on client requirements and project briefs
\nPrepare detailed drawings, mood boards, and 3D visualizations
\nSelect materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and accessories
\nConduct site visits and supervise project execution to ensure design accuracy
\nCollaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders
\nManage project timelines and ensure timely delivery
\nPrepare cost estimates and work within budget constraints
\nSource and negotiate with vendors and suppliers
\nEnsure compliance with safety standards and building regulations
\nPresent design proposals and revisions to clients.
\nRequirements & Qualifications<\/p>\n
Bachelor\u2019s Degree or HND in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
\nMinimum of 4 years proven experience in interior design
\nProficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, or similar tools)
\nStrong creativity and attention to detail
\nGood knowledge of materials, finishes, and furniture trends
\nExcellent communication and presentation skills
\nAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
