Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
Tender & Bid Support:<\/p>\n
Monitor NIPEX, NJQS, and client procurement portals daily for new tenders and opportunities
\nMaintain a tender calendar and alert the BD Lead to upcoming bid deadlines
\nAssist in compiling, formatting, and submitting tender documents and proposals
\nMaintain a library of bid templates and supporting documents
\nTrack bid submission outcomes and update the win\/loss register
\nPipeline & CRM Management<\/p>\n
Maintain and update the commercial pipeline tracker on a weekly basis
\nGenerate weekly and monthly pipeline summary reports for the BD Lead
\nFlag stalled opportunities and overdue follow-up actions
\nVendor Registration & Pre-qualification<\/p>\n
Coordinate and track vendor registration and pre-qualification submissions to IOCs and contractors
\nMaintain up-to-date documentation, certifications, and company credentials
\nMonitor renewal dates for vendor registrations and initiate renewal processes in advance
\nMarket Intelligence & Research<\/p>\n
Conduct research on industry developments, competitor activity, and IOC project pipelines
\nCompile periodic market intelligence summaries for the BD Lead
\nTrack offshore Nigeria project news via industry publications and alert the team to relevant developments Administrative & Departmental Support
\nManage departmental filing, correspondence tracking, and document control
\nCoordinate logistics for industry events, conferences, and meetings
\nProcess expense retirements and maintain records of BD expenditure against the quarterly budget
\nSupport any other commercial or administrative activities as directed by the BD Lead.
\nRequirement:<\/p>\n
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Maritime Studies or a related discipline
\nExperience: Minimum of 3-5 years in a business development, commercial, or administrative support role
