Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Partner with HR leadership to develop and implement effective HR policies and practices that will support the strategic growth of the business.
\nCollaborate with the Group Head of HR to manage the implementation of the performance management system, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and feedback.
\nWork with department heads to set performance targets and ensure that performance reviews are conducted consistently.
\nProvide HR expertise in the areas of feedback, employee relations, development and coaching, compensation, and organizational development.
\nParticipate in the continual development of HR programs, such as recruiting, retention, compensation, benefits, employee engagement and Learning & Development.
\nManage compensation and benefit processes, including payroll processing, tax compliance, pensions, leave management, payslips, and ID card processing.
\nCollaborate with the HR team to champion and accelerate a culture of excellence in which people feel engaged and inspired to deliver top business results.
\nManage vendor relationships, including contracts and procurement.
\nDevelop and implement administrative processes and procedures.
\nManage the administration budget and ensure cost-effectiveness.
\nImplement people strategies and design approaches for diagnosing and enhancing organizational effectiveness and employee satisfaction.
\nEducate team members on compensation practices, including compensation, performance feedback, performance calibration, and career transitions.
\nParticipate in the recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding, ensuring a smooth transition for new in-house staff.
\nWork towards bridging cultural gaps between in-house and outsourced teams, promoting a cohesive and collaborative work atmosphere.
\nAssist in implementing training programs aimed at enhancing the skills and cultural awareness of the workforce.
\nRequirements<\/p>\n
Bachelor\u2019s degree in human resources management or related field
\n5-7years of experience in HR.
\nFamiliarity with HR-related laws and regulations
\nProfessional Certification in HR
\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills
\nStrong organizational and time management skills
\nAbility to maintain a high level of confidentiality
