\nThe ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting a company\u2019s products or services using online channels to reach, engage, and convert customers.
\nThe role blends creativity, data analysis, and technical skills. This role combines leadership, smart and Tech Savvy to improve efficiency and profitability.
\nKey Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Plan and execute campaigns aligned with business goals (brand awareness, lead generation, sales)
\nRun and optimize ads on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
\nImprove website visibility on search engines like Google through keyword research and content optimization.
\nCreate and manage blogs, videos, email campaigns, and social media content to attract and engage audiences.
\nPlan posts, interact with followers, and grow brand presence across platforms
\nDesign and send newsletters, promotions, and automated campaigns.
\nTrack performance using tools like Google Analytics and adjust strategies based on data insights..
\nImprove website or landing page performance to increase leads and sales
\nAnalyze competitors, trends, and customer behavior.
\nRequirements<\/p>\n
Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or a related field
\nProven experience in Digital Marketing or administrative roles (2-5 years experience)
\nKnowledge of SEO, SEM, and Social media
\nExcellent communication and interpersonal abilities
\nFamiliarity with digital tools and platforms (Mailchimp, Hubspot, Canva )
\nAnalytical thinking, persuasion, and problem-solving skills
\nProficiency in Microsoft Office, Social media\/Digital marketing skills, and Networking
