Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Plan, coordinate, and oversee construction and property development projects
\nSupervise site activities, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure quality execution
\nPrepare and review project schedules, budgets, and technical drawings
\nMonitor project progress and provide regular reports to management
\nEnsure compliance with building regulations, safety standards, and company policies
\nConduct site inspections and resolve technical issues promptly
\nManage project resources, materials, and timelines effectively
\nLiaise with architects, consultants, and relevant stakeholders
\nEnsure proper documentation of project processes and handover procedures.
\nRequirements & Qualifications<\/p>\n
Minimum of HND \/ B.Sc. Degree in Civil Engineering, Building Technology, or related fields
\n2 – 5 years experience in construction\/project engineering (real estate experience preferred)
\nStrong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and project management
\nAbility to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
\nGood understanding of safety regulations and compliance standards
\nProficiency in MS Office and basic project management tools
\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
\nExcellent communication and teamwork abilities
