Prepare information for memos, emails, reports, presentations, and other internal and external communication forms.
\nScreen and direct phone calls anddistribute correspondence.
\nProvide general administrativesupport.
\nPerform research and gather data to create documentation for boards of Directors, committees, and executives to study and present.
\nFiling and retrieving corporate records, documents, and reports.
\nProvide travel arrangements for the Managing Director and other Executive Directors.
\nManagement of the daily itineraries of the Managing Director
\nRequirements:<\/p>\n
Candidate should possess a Bachelor\u2019s Degree qualification.
\n2 \u2013 3 years\u2019 experience working in this capacity.
\nExcellent written and oral communication skills.
\nGreat presentation skills.
\nIn-depth understanding of the entire Ms. Office Suite.
\nSalary:
