Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Oversee daily facility operations across assigned properties
\nCoordinate and supervise maintenance, repairs, and renovations
\nConduct routine inspections to ensure buildings meet safety and quality standards
\nManage service providers (cleaners, security, technicians, etc.)
\nEnsure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards
\nHandle tenant complaints and resolve facility-related issues promptly
\nMonitor utility usage and manage cost-effective maintenance practices
\nMaintain records of maintenance activities and service schedules
\nSupport property management team in ensuring optimal occupancy and tenant satisfaction
\nRequirements & Qualifications<\/p>\n
Minimum of HND\/B.Sc. in Estate Management, Engineering, or related field
\n2\u20134 years experience in facility or property management (real estate experience preferred)
\nGood knowledge of building maintenance, safety regulations, and vendor management
\nStrong problem-solving and organizational skills
\nGood communication and interpersonal skills
\nAbility to work independently and manage multiple properties
