About the Role<\/p>\n
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Human Resources Manager to lead and drive all HR functions within a fast-growing real estate organization.
\nThe ideal candidate will play a key role in building a high-performance workforce, strengthening company culture, and aligning HR strategies with business objectives.
\nKey Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals
\nOversee end-to-end recruitment and selection processes for sales, operations, and corporate roles
\nDrive performance management systems, including KPIs and appraisal frameworks
\nDesign and implement employee engagement and retention initiatives
\nManage employee relations, disciplinary processes, and conflict resolution
\nEnsure compliance with Nigerian labor laws and internal policies
\nLead training and development programs to improve workforce productivity
\nOversee payroll coordination, compensation, and benefits structure
\nBuild and promote a strong organizational culture focused on performance, accountability, and customer experience.
\nRequirements<\/p>\n
Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields
\n5 – 7 years HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
\nStrong experience in recruitment, performance management, and HR operations
\nPrior experience in real estate, sales-driven, or service-based organizations is a strong advantage
\nSound knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices
\nExcellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
