\nValidates and document all vehicle papers
\nRun Pre\/Post Trip\/Shift inspection and compliance process
\nForklift operation contractor safety and performance control
\nSpare parts management\/stock control
\nWeekly\/Monthly Fleet meeting compliance
\nFleet KPI tracking and analysis
\nRoutine Problem solving on PI\/KPI deviation
\n5s compliance
\nMaintain digital historical maintenance data to for Fleet decision making
\nControl Maintenance for efficient cost savings
\nControl\u00a0 fines\/penalties for each truck, driver and identify improvement strategies
\nRun and maintain green logistics initiatives
\nImplement fuel control policy and the Fuel Consumption GOP checklist result is 90% or higher.
\nImplement regular process to have the FLEET- in compliance with 100% productivity. Capacity, quality and safety requirements
\nCarry out SWOT, Business Description, process maps and SKAP
\nRun formal program and implement blemish free operation, drivers and technicians understand their responsibility within the Autonomous operation, CIL stations and execute.
\nRun and deliver DPO\/VPO internal\/external audits to achieve targets
\nEnsure timely Supplier payment.
\nRequirements:
\nEducation:<\/p>\n
Minimum of B.Sc. \/ B.Tech \/ HND in a related field.
\nExperience:<\/p>\n
3 years experience in logistics environment.
\nTrait and Competencies Required:<\/p>\n
Degree in logistics or accounting
\nExperience in the transportation industry.
\nOutstanding organizational skills.
\nAnalytical mindset and good problem-solving skills.
\nQuantitative ability.
\nAttention to detail.
\nExceptional interpersonal skills.
