Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n

Oversee daily HR operations and ensure efficient execution of HR processes and policies.<\/p>\n
Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, documentation, confirmation, transfers, and exit management.<\/p>\n
Supervise recruitment operations, including workforce planning, talent acquisition support, and onboarding coordination.<\/p>\n
Maintain and update HR records, employee databases, and documentation systems.<\/p>\n
Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements.<\/p>\n
Oversee payroll input preparation, attendance records, leave administration, and benefits coordination.<\/p>\n
Implement and improve HR operational systems, workflows, and standard operating procedures.<\/p>\n
Manage employee relations matters and provide guidance on disciplinary procedures, grievances, and conflict resolution.<\/p>\n
Coordinate performance management cycles, appraisal processes, and employee development initiatives.<\/p>\n
Generate HR reports, analytics, and workforce insights for management decision-making.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with department heads on manpower planning and organizational development initiatives.<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
B.Sc.\/HND in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related discipline with 4\u20137 years proven experience in HR operations, HR generalist, or HR management roles.<\/p>\n
Strong understanding of labor laws, payroll processes, employee relations, and HR compliance.<\/p>\n
Experience managing HR systems, employee records, and HR documentation.<\/p>\n
Professional HR certification (CIPM, SHRM, HRCI, or equivalent) is an added advantage.<\/p>\n
