Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n

Manage and maintain the company\u2019s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform and database.<\/p>\n
Ensure accurate customer data entry, updates, cleansing, and segmentation.<\/p>\n
Develop and execute CRM campaigns to improve customer acquisition, retention, and engagement.<\/p>\n
Monitor customer journeys and lifecycle touchpoints to improve customer experience.<\/p>\n
Generate CRM performance reports, dashboards, and analytics for management review.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Support teams to align CRM strategies with business goals.<\/p>\n
Automate workflows, email campaigns, and customer communication processes.<\/p>\n
Analyze customer behavior, trends, and campaign performance to recommend improvements.<\/p>\n
Ensure data privacy, compliance, and proper CRM documentation.<\/p>\n
Provide user support and training to internal teams on CRM best practices.<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Minimum of HND\/B.Sc. in Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field.<\/p>\n
Minimum of 1-3 years proven experience as a CRM Stategist, CRM Analyst, Customer Success Specialist, or related role.<\/p>\n
Data entry accuracy and Nurture sequence and customer communication experience.<\/p>\n
Hands-on experience using CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar platforms.<\/p>\n
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.<\/p>\n
Knowledge of email marketing automation and customer segmentation.<\/p>\n
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, reporting tools, and data management.<\/p>\n
