The Human Resource Officer manages full employee life-cycle ioncluding recruitment, on-boarding, contract administration, and performance evaluation.<\/p>\n
They ensure employees comply with ECI internal policies and donor regulations, and local labor law act.<\/p>\n
Line Management\/Position in the Organization:<\/p>\n

Reports to the Program Manager.<\/p>\n
Key and Responsibilities<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedure<\/p>\n
Ensure HR database are follow-up, tools are updated on regullar basdes.<\/p>\n
Follow up administrative documents and track personel files deadelines ( probation period, apprasals, contrats, amendements, ID cards tec).<\/p>\n
Follow up attendance , days off and leaves<\/p>\n
Ensure the preparation of contracts (new recruitment s, contract extensions or renewals) and awareness of employee of contract terms and conditions, internal HR policies and other ECI policies.<\/p>\n
For each end of contract, ensure that the exit process is followed as per written in the ISR<\/p>\n
Supervise the filling and archiving process and ensure that security of physical and digital documents .<\/p>\n
Ensure fulfillment of salaries process (salary advance, payslips signature)<\/p>\n
Any other task assigned<\/p>\n

Archiving:<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Supervise the filling and archiving process and ensure that security of physical and digital documents .<\/p>\n
Monitor the preparation of HR files for any internal \/ external audit.<\/p>\n
Recruitment:<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Ensure that all recruitment done at base level are in compliance with ECI procedures<\/p>\n
Ensure the proper filling of all recruitment files<\/p>\n
Ensure newly employees are inducted.<\/p>\n
Capacity Building:<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Gather training needs of the various department<\/p>\n
When requested, conduct internal training related to HR rules and policies<\/p>\n
