Responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships, ensuring seamless communication between the client and the agency, and overseeing the execution of advertising campaigns. \nESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS<\/p>\n
Client Relationship Management<\/p>\n
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong and lasting relationships.
\nUnderstand client needs, goals, and business objectives to provide tailored advertising solutions.
\nCommunicate client feedback to the relevant internal teams and ensure that client expectations are clearly understood.
\nCampaign Strategy & Execution:<\/p>\n
Collaborate with internal teams (creative, media, digital, etc.) to develop comprehensive advertising strategies and campaigns that meet client goals.
\nEnsure timely execution of projects, meeting deadlines, and maintaining the agency\u2019s quality standards.
\nMonitor ongoing campaigns to track performance, ensuring they stay within scope, budget, and timeline.
\nProject Management:<\/p>\n
Manage day-to-day operations of client accounts, including overseeing project timelines, deliverables, and budgets.
\nCoordinate and communicate across departments (creative, media, production) to ensure smooth project flow.
\nPrepare and manage client presentations, proposals, and campaign reports.
\nClient Reporting & Analysis:<\/p>\n
Regularly update clients on the performance of their campaigns, providing actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.
\nProvide comprehensive reports that include key metrics, campaign performance, and ROI analysis.
\nProblem-Solving & Issue Resolution:<\/p>\n
Proactively identify potential issues or concerns, addressing them promptly to avoid disruptions in service or client satisfaction.
\nAct as a mediator between the client and internal teams, ensuring that problems are resolved quickly and efficiently.
\nBudget and Financial Management:<\/p>\n
Ensure that campaigns are executed within agreed budgets, monitoring expenses and providing clients with budget updates.
\nApprove and process invoices, keeping track of payments and any financial discrepancies.
\nBusiness Development:<\/p>\n
Support the agency\u2019s efforts in client retention and growth by identifying opportunities for additional services or upsells.
\nAssist with new business pitches, preparing presentations, and developing proposals for potential clients.
\nInternal Collaboration & Coordination:
\nWork closely with creative teams to ensure that all campaigns are aligned with the client\u2019s objectives and creative brief.
\nCommunicate effectively with production, media, and strategy teams to ensure smooth workflow and campaign execution.
\nEDUCATION:<\/p>\n
Bachelor\u2019s degree in marketing, communications, advertising, or related field (preferred) from a recognized institution.
\nWORK EXPERIENCE:<\/p>\n
Minimum of 4 years of experience in client service, account management, or a related field in an advertising or marketing agency.
\nKNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS:<\/p>\n
Proficiency with project management tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant software (e.g., CRM, reporting tools).
\nExperience in managing budgets and understanding financial aspects of campaigns.
\nTechnology savvy.
