Prepare and cook a variety of Chinese dishes to high standards.
\nDevelop and test new recipes to enhance the menu.

\nQualifications<\/p>\n
Candidates should possess a B.Sc Degree \/ HND qualification with proven experience as a Chinese Chef or similar role.
\nIn-depth knowledge of Chinese culinary techniques and ingredients.
\nAbility to create traditional and contemporary Chinese dishes.
\nStrong leadership and team management skills.
\nExcellent attention to detail and creativity.
\nFlexibility to work in a fast-paced environment.
\nKnowledge of food safety regulations and standards.
