Role Summary<\/p>\n
The Group Head, Human Resources will provide strategic leadership for the Group’s human capital function, driving workforce planning, talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, compensation, succession planning, and organizational development across all subsidiaries.
\nThe role ensures HR strategies align with business objectives, regulatory requirements, governance standards, and the Group’s long-term growth agenda.
\nKey Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Develop and implement the Group’s HR strategy in alignment with corporate objectives and business growth plans.
\nLead workforce planning, recruitment, performance management, employee engagement, compensation and benefits, learning and development, succession planning, and organizational effectiveness initiatives.
\nDrive talent management, leadership development, retention strategies, and succession planning to build a high-performing workforce.
\nEnsure compliance with labour laws, corporate governance requirements, HR policies, and regulatory standards while managing employee relations and industrial relations matters.
\nOversee HR planning,\u00a0budgeting, reporting, operational excellence, risk management, and continuous improvement initiatives across the Group.
\nPartner with business leaders to support organizational transformation, culture development, and strategic change initiatives.
\nRequirements<\/p>\n
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, Psychology, or a related discipline.
\nMaster’s Degree is preferred.
\nRelevant professional certification such as CIPM, SHRM, HRCI, or CIPD is required.
\n10\u201320 years of progressive HR experience, including significant leadership responsibility within manufacturing, steel, mining, energy, logistics, heavy industry, or conglomerate environments.
